Refund Policy
CREATING A HIGHER STANDARD.
We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our services, that we’re willing to offer a 7 day risk free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 7 days of making a purchase.
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. An administration fee of 3.5% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded. The refund policy will not take effect in any of the following events:
If you have given the final approval of your web design.
If work was commenced on one of your samples or if we have started work on the conversion.
If the party for whom the website is being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its activity.
If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the project undertaken with MWPL.
If you do not communicate with MWPL for more than 3 weeks following the signing of the design contract.
Additional services:
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
How the money will be transferred:
If you have paid using your credit card – the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using a cheque or a money order your refund will be sent to you by cheque.
